Use AI Notes alongside your software
- Keep your existing booking and patient-record workflow.
- Prepare the appointments you need manually in AI Notes. A free administrator can do this after the clinician approves and the administrator accepts preparation access.
- Choose video only for appointments that need it. Review the recipient before sending any invitation.
- Review the clinical note and use your practice’s approved process to place it in the correct patient record. Automatic note return is unavailable for this product.
- Before a future connection, confirm the exact product/version, vendor permission, clinic scope and data handling. A vendor API alone does not enable AI Notes.
