AI Notes redesign and content corrections

  • Refreshed AI Notes site and app design.
  • Professional reference shortcuts are available. Live Abe lookup is not yet available.
  • Competitor comparison pages now show prices checked against each vendor’s own pricing page, with the check date.
  • Clinical records are stored in Sydney. This does not mean every provider processes data in Australia; see our privacy page for provider details.

AI crawlability + Sydney migration complete

  • Clinical record database migrated to Supabase Sydney (ap-southeast-2). This does not establish compliance or every provider’s processing location.
  • Expanded site-wide Organization JSON-LD with ABN Lookup and ASIC register entity anchors.
  • Shipped /llms.txt manifest, explicit AI-bot directives in robots.txt (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google-Extended, Bingbot, Applebot).
  • Fixed homepage pricing schema, which had been broadcasting the wrong price to AI engines.
  • Added FAQPage schema on the homepage, Article schema on all competitor comparison pages, glossary page with DefinedTermSet schema, press kit page.
  • Internal linking: footer explore section now surfaces 38 clinician-role pages, 50 specialty pages, and all 8 state pages.
  • Removed legacy CPaaS phone-consult code — AI Notes is microphone-only (in-person, video, phone-on-speaker).

Competitor comparison pages + programmatic SEO

  • Published /compare/heidi-vs-telescribe, /compare/lyrebird-vs-telescribe, /alternatives/heidi-health-alternative, /alternatives/lyrebird-alternative with source-cited facts verified against each company’s public pricing page.
  • Expanded /comparisons into a full 15-category deep comparison table with semantic HTML <table> markup.
  • Shipped 8 state pages, 51 city pages, 38 clinician role pages, and 50 clinical specialty pages.

Pricing + positioning update

  • Standard clinician plan confirmed: unlimited notes, billed monthly, 14-day free trial.
  • Video consult confirmed as included in every subscription — no per-minute charges, no add-on.
  • Literature search (beta) was announced as included. Current live Abe lookup remains awaiting verification; that announcement is not an availability guarantee.

ASIC business name registered

  • ASIC business name "telescribe" registered 18 February 2026, renewal 18 February 2029.
  • Owning entity confirmed as Black Health Intelligence Pty Ltd (ABN 23 693 026 112).
