Set up your Halaxy connection

• Sign in and create or join your organisation. Keep each clinician’s subscription separate.
• Use your existing Halaxy API subscription. Enter the client ID and secret only in Practice connections.
• Request the connection for the intended clinic. Your active organisation owner can authorise the clinic and exact clinician assignments. Each clinician must accept their assignment. Existing independently verified connections retain their separate process.
• Select the clinic, practitioner, appointment types and time zone. Check the selected day before importing.
• Prepare only the required appointments and video links. Review recipients before sending invitations.
• After reviewing and finalising a note, confirm the patient and clinic before sending it. Check receipt in Halaxy; an uncertain result needs checking before retrying.

A staff website button can open AI Notes in a new tab. It does not connect Halaxy, import appointments or pass patient details.
